If you are submitting an order that you are considering for a later date, and are not ready to commit today, include that information in your order notes when placing your order through the checkout process.

    We are here to help for the life of your ring. We also offer lifetime care plans, accepted nationally, for a one time fee at the time of purchase. These care plans cover all maintenance and stone replacements forever, saving you thousands over your lifetime.

  • * When you buy a mounting from us; ring sizing includes up to 2 sizes up or down. For stones purchased elsewhere, there will be an additional fee for the head, stone setting, ring sizing, and finishing/polishing. Our optional lifetime care plans do not cover loss or damage to center stones purchased elsewhere, and only cover the products and services purchased from Blake Jewelers. Care plans must be purchased prior to delivery, and are not available for purchase after the fact. You will be contacted with an opportunity to purchase the care plan after you complete your engagement ring request.
    Sorry, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom bridal pieces, imported items, or special orders once the order has been reviewed and confirmed. When you place an order through this online builder, you are NOT committing to buy the item. You are submitting it to our expert team, who will review your selections, provide any recommendations, and invoice you AFTER you have had a chance to review and approve the CAD file. If you would like to come into one of our stores to inspect/approve your center stone in person, we can provide that service at no cost. If you do not like the stone during the in person inspection, you may exchange it for another stone within 14 days. Once you agree to a stone, it will be sent out to the fabricator, and it can no longer be returned or exchanged.     Financing and Payment Plans. We offer interest-deferred financing through Synchrony. You may use an existing Synchrony Luxury account, or apply for a new account through or online application portal. For partial payments: We will begin working on your ring right away, but it will not be delivered until we receive the full balance. Because of the custom nature of the rings we create, there are no refunds on partial payments once a design has been approved.

    Lab grown diamond upgrade policy: Blake Jewelers is one of the only retailers in America who will give you the purchase price of your lab grown diamond jewelry toward new lab grown diamond jewelry in the future when you trade-in. You may upgrade your engagement ring , tennis bracelet, or studs anytime in the future. There are 3 rules with lab grown diamond trade ins:
    1) We can give you full credit for your original purchase when you upgrade, up to a maximum of 50% of the new piece's purchase price. To get full value, you much upgrade to an item that is twice as much or more. For example if your original piece was $2000, and you want to upgrade to a $3000 item, your original purchase will only count as a $1500 trade in (50% of the value of the new piece). If you trade in a $2000 item toward an item that is $5000, you would get the full $2000 toward your new upgrade, since it is 50% or less of the new item's price.
    2) You can only upgrade stones that were purchased at Blake Jewelers or at one of our affiliated stores. If you wish to trade in a stone purchased elsewhere, we will offer you a competitive market price, but it will not be related to your original purchase price.
    3) Stones must be in perfect condition, and must be accompanied by their original certification (if applicable).
    4) If the stone was sold to you certified, you must include the original certificate. If you cannot provide the certificate, we will deduct $140 from your trade in value to cover the cost of replacement and shipping.
